摘要:针对可调节液压堆料机械的机构创新设计,建立了液压堆料机械的直线推料条件,并建立了其动态分析的有限元模型,提出了基于TRIZ理论和可靠性分析的耦合设计方法,通过对某液压堆料机械机构的有限元分析和可靠性分析,表明其推料过程基本是近似直线推料,并基于此给出了可调节液压堆料机械的机构创新设计方案。为液压堆料机械机构创新设计提供了方法和依据。
According to the innovative design of the mechanism of the regulation hydraulic material piling machine, its condition of piling the material along the line and dynamic analysis finite element model (FEM) are established. Coupling innovative design was proposed based on Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) and reliability analysis. Through its FEA and reliability analysis, it was shown that it did pile the material along the line, and based on this the innovative design scheme of the mechanism of the regulation material piling machine was given. The study provides a new method and basis for innovative design of the mechanism of the material piling machine.
