摘要:为了提高铝合金表面有机硅烷转化膜的耐蚀性,采用浸渍涂层法在铝合金表面制备了纳米CeO2改性有机硅烷(KH-560)转化膜,采用极化曲线和交流阻抗谱分别考察了纳米粒子添加量和硅烷浓度对转化膜耐蚀性能的影响。电化学测试表明,经5%硅烷溶液KH-560改性预处理后,铝合金显示出良好的耐蚀性能,其中,KH-560经0.015%的CeO2改性后,膜层的阻抗值较高;SEM形貌显示,膜层更均匀致密,膜层的耐蚀性能得到很大的改善。这是由于添加的纳米粒子作为腐蚀抑制剂,渗透到硅烷基质中,起到了积极的耐蚀防护作用。
Nano-CeO2 modified organic silane(KH-560)conversion coatings were prepared on aluminum alloy surface by impregnation coating method.The effects of nano-CeO2 content and silane concentration on the corrosion resistance of the conversion coatings were investigated by polarization curves and AC impedance spectroscopy,respectively.Results showed that the aluminum alloy showed good corrosion resistance after pretreatment with 5%silane solution KH-560.Among them,KH-560 modified by 0.015%CeO2 had higher impedance value.SEM showed that the film was more uniform and compact,and the corrosion resistance of the film was greatly improved.This was due to the added nanoparticles acted as corrosion inhibitors,which infiltrated into the silane and played a positive effect on corrosion resistance and protection performance.
