摘要:以绿航绿萝和金边吊兰为试验材料,测定Pb^2+胁迫下植物叶片的生理生化变化,探讨绿航绿萝和金边吊兰对重金属胁迫的响应。结果表明,绿航绿萝可溶性糖含量随着铅处理时间的延长和铅处理浓度的升高表现为先升后降的趋势;游离脯氨酸、丙二醛、叶绿素含量总体上呈现升高趋势;可溶性蛋白含量则呈降低趋势。金边吊兰可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量随着铅处理时间的延长和铅处理浓度的升高表现为升高趋势;可溶性蛋白含量呈降低趋势;叶绿素含量总体上呈现先升后降的趋势。运用隶属函数法对绿航绿萝和金边吊兰抗重金属铅污染能力进行综合评判,结果表明,金边吊兰优于绿航绿萝。
Scindapsus aureus and Chlorophytum comosum were treated by Pb2+ to explain their resistance to Pb2+ stress. The aim was to determine the influence of lead stress on physiological and biochemical changes of plants and study the response to heavy metal stress. The experimental results showed that the soluble sugar content of S. aureus increased first and then decreased with prolonged stress and then decreased with prolonged stress and elevated concentrations of lead. Proline, malondialdehyde and chlorophyll contents increased, while soluble protein content decreased. The soluble sugar, proline and malondialdehyde content of Chlorophyturn comosum increased with the increase of concentration and duration of stress, while soluble protein content decreased continually. The chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased subsequently. Analysis of subordinate function on resistance to Pb2+ stress of S. aureus and C. cornosum indicated that C. cornosum would be better than S. aureus.
