摘要:以维生素D为附加剂,超声乳化法为基础的空白纳米脂质体的制备方法。该法不需要使用易燃易爆的有机溶剂,安全性高、制备工艺简单,可减少污染,是一种绿色环保的制备方法。通过正交实验,研究维生素D的含量、超声时间以及缓冲液p H对脂质体粒径及PDI的影响,确定最佳制备条件。实验结果表明,当维生素D的含量为0.4 g,超声时间为40 min,缓冲溶液p H为6.8时,可制备出粒度分布均匀的纳米脂质体。
A preparation method of blank nano-liposomes was discussed,it took vitamin D as additive and was based on ultrasonic emulsification. The kind of method did not need to use organic solvent which were flammable and combustible,it can reduce pollution,the security was high and the preparation technics were easy. It was a green environment-friendly preparation method. The orthogonal experiment was used to research the influence of the amount of vitamin D,ultrasonic time and the buffer solution acidity on the size of liposome and PDI to determine the best preparation condition. The result showed that when the content of vitamin D was 0. 4 g,the ultrasound time was 40 min,the acidity of the cushion fluid was 6. 8,thenano-liposomes with uniform particle size distribution could be prepared.
