摘要：在我国目前现行的体育院系体育教育人才培养模式的条件下,培养什么样的人才?怎样培养?以适应我国后奥运时代社会对体育教育事业的发展需要,是我国当前体育院系面临的主要问题。文章整理近10年国内关于体育教育专业人才培养模式的文献资料,从培养目标、课程设置、人才培养模式、国内外比较研究四个方面将当前国内主要研究观点综述如下,并在此基础上评述各家之言。
In current talent cultivation modes and conditions of P.E.major in China,what kind talent we want to cultivate,how to cultivate them,to meed the demand of sport cause development when China entering post-Olympics times,is the main issue Chinese P.E.schools and departments need to face and solve.The paper studies the documents and literature in recent ten years about Chinese P.E.major talent cultivation,from cultivation goals,course arrangement,talent developing modes,comparison with foreign countries,to do the relevant summary and do analysis and evaluation.
