摘要:酵母菌体内含有丰富的核糖核酸,是生产核酸类物质的重要原料.本方法在酵母菌培养液中加入IMP,在控制一定氨离子浓度的条件下,利用酵母酶系作用使IMP在该条件下高效地转化为AMP.以离子交换法提取产物,最终AMP产量为2.96 g.L-1,产品纯度可达90%以上.
The abundant ribonucleic acid contained in the Saccharomycete is one of important raw materials which produces the nucleic acid material. In this paper , IMP has been added into the nutrient medium. Then it has been translated into AMP by the enzyme of Saccharomycete, on suitable concentration of ammonia. Finally the product has been harvested by means of Ion Exchange Chromatography. The content and purity of AMP is 2.96 g · L^-1 and more than 90% respectively.
