摘要：尽管体态语是一种非语言交际手段,却在人们的日常生活中起着非常重要的作用。有时,它比有声语言更能清楚地表达说话人的意思。本文主要阐述了体态语在英语教学中的作用和应用的必要性,并指出体态语使用过程中的注意事项。
Though body language is a silent language,it plays an important role in our daily life.Sometimes it can help speakers express themselves more clearly.This paper firstly introduces the definition,function and necessity of the application of body language in English teaching, then it expounds the application of body language in English teaching.In the last part,it indicates what teachers should pay attention to in applying body language.
