摘要:根据数控机床的实际应用需要,提出了一种新的优化交流伺服系统的控制方法,即基于遗传算法(GA)的PID自适应位置控制算法。该方法利用GA算法的全局寻优特性来提高PID控制器的控制性能与自适应能力。以某数控成型铣齿机SKXC3000中大型数控转台的位置伺服系统为研究对象,在Matlab 7.1环境中,对设计出的GA-PID调节器进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,这种GA-PID控制器具有良好的动态性能以及很强的鲁棒性,完全能满足数控伺服系统的性能要求。
According to the needs of the practical application of NC machine tool, a new method of optimization AC servo system control is proposed ,which based on Genetic Algorithm (GA). This method uses the global optimization characteristics of Genetic Algorithm( GA), to improve the control performance and adaptive ability of the PID controller. Based on the rotary table position servo system of a CNC forming milling machine SKXC3000, the simulation of GA-PID controller was carried out in the software Matlab 7.1. The results show that the PID controller has good dynamic and static performance and robustness ,which can meet the performance requirements of the CNC servo system better.
