摘要:采用传统的固相反应法制备La5/8Ca3/8Mn1-xCoxO3(x=0~0.15)样品,研究体系的电输运特性随温度和磁场的变化。通过对样品的电阻率等随温度及磁场的变化测量分析可知,La5/8Ca3/8MnO3(x=0)样品表现出长程铁磁(FM)有序性,电阻率较低,并在TLa5/8Ca3/8Mn1-xCoxO3 (x=0-0.15 ) samples were prepared by conventional solid reaction process, and their dependence of electronic transport behavior on the magnetic field and temperature was investigated. The resistivity dependence of La5/8Ca3/8Mn1-xCoxO3 (x=0-0.15 ) system on field and temperature indicated that La5/8Ca3/8MnO3 (x=0) sample displays long-range ordering of FM, low resistivity and metallic state at temperature below Tc. Even asmall amount of doping x(x=0.05 )can destroy long-range FM ordering to produce cluster glass (CG) behavior, resulting in the current carrier locialization, and increase in resistivity.
