摘要：文章运用文献资料研究方法,讨论了休闲体育与阳光体育的相关性,认为可以将休闲体育的形式、内容等引入阳光体育活动之中,从而为阳光体育运动在中小学更好的开展提供帮助。
This paper with the method of literature,discusses the relations between leisure sports and the sunshine sports,and argues that the form and content of leisure sports can be introduced into sunshine sports,to provide better help for the development of primary and middle schools sunshine sports.
