摘要：非物质文化遗产是一个民族古老的生命记忆和活态的文化基因,体现着一个民族的智慧和精神,维护着世界文化的多样性,与物质文化遗产一道共同承载着人类社会的文明。文章在对非物质文化遗产的概念、特征进行介绍的基础上,分析了非物质文化遗产法律保护的基本原则,探讨了非物质文化遗产法律保护的模式,然后对我国非物质文化遗产法律保护的完善问题提出了建议。
The intangible cultural heritage is the li fe of a nation’s memory of the ancient and living cultural gene-state, embodies the wisdom and the spirit of a nation and safeguards the world’s cultural diversity, and material cultural heritage, a common bearer of civilization of human society. This paper first introduces the concept and characteristics of intangible cultural heritage, analysis basic principles and of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage, to explore mode of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage, then raised the legal protection of intangible cultural heritage of China’s comprehensive proposal.
