摘要:基于R410A与R134a工质应用于热泵汽车空调系统平行流蒸发器,通过工质的理论分析及平行流换热器的特点研究,建立了平行流蒸发器的传热及压降模型。采用EES工程求解软件,分别在-20~10℃温度区间内对数学模型进行计算和分析。结果显示,R410A在低温环境下具有较高的传热系数和较低的流动压降,且工质本身的物性特点保证了其具有较高的质量流量,R410A的低温性能优于R134a。
R410A and R134a are applied in the parallel flow evaporator of heat pump automobile air conditioning system. A heat transfer and pressure drop model of parallel flow evaporator was established through the theoretical analysis of refrigerant and the characteristics analysis of parallel flow heat exchanger. Using EES engineering solution software, the mathematical model was calculated and analysed during the- 20 to 10℃. Computed result show that, R410A has high heat transfer coefficient and low flow pressure drop in low temperature environment, the physical characteristics of refrigerant guarantee its high mass flow rate, the low temperature performance of R410A is superior to R134a.
