摘要:用降载法测得了2124铝合金TL取向应力比R=0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7下的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值,用线性拟合法得到da/dN=C1ΔKn1中的C1和n1值,将其带入裂纹扩展速率da/dN-ΔK表达式中,并按标规定取疲劳裂纹扩展速率(da/dN)=10-7mm/cycle时的ΔK值为疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔKth,分析了应力比对裂纹扩展门槛值的影响。
Drop load method was employed to measure the fatigue crack propagation threshold of 2124 alloy under TL orientation stress ratio R=0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7. The C1 and n1 value in the equation do/dN=C1△Kn1 can be obtained using linear fitting. Bringing C1 and n1 value into the crack propagation rate expression of da/dN-AK, and taking AK value at the crack propagation rate (da/dN)=10-7 rnm/cycle as the fatigue crack propagation threshold △Kth, the influence of stress ratio on the crack propagation threshold was analyzed.
