摘要:目前有关铝合金氟钛酸盐转化后原位磷化的研究较少。以氟铝酸钠、氟化钠、钛酸四正丁酯为主要成膜物质对6061铝合金进行氟钛酸盐处理,再以苯基膦酸为原位磷化试剂、醇酸调和漆为有机涂料对氟钛酸盐钝化膜表面进行原位磷化,以所得有机涂层的耐腐蚀性作为评价指标,通过正交试验优选苯基膦酸用量、固化成膜温度、固化时间,通过极化曲线和盐水全浸泡试验表征涂层耐蚀性和结合力。结果表明:原位磷化制备有机涂层的最佳工艺条件是苯基膦酸质量分数2%(相对于总涂料的质量),固化成膜温度40℃,固化时间8 h;添加苯基膦酸制得的有机涂层耐腐蚀性能得以增强,浸泡66 d后涂层表面没有鼓泡、均匀致密,与金属基体具有很好的结合力。
Fluotitanate conversion of 6061 aluminum alloy was firstly carried out with sodium fluoroaluminate,sodium fluoride and tetra-n-butyl titanate as the main filmforming materials,and then the in-situ phosphating process was conducted with phenylphosphonic acid as in- situ phosphatizing reagent(ISPR) and white alkyd paint as organic coatings.Based on the corrosion resistance of the organic coatings,the technique parameters like the content of phenylphosphonic acid,thermal curing temperature and time were optimized through orthogonal test.The corrosion resistance and adhesion strength of the coatings were evaluated by polarization curves and salt water immersion test.Results showed that the optimum technique of in-situ phosphatizing coatings was as follows:the content of phenylphosphonic acid was 2%;the thermal curing temperature and time was 40℃ and 8 h.The corrosion resistance of organic coatings prepared by adding phenyl phosphine was enhanced:no bubbles were observed on the coating surface after soaking tests for 66d;besides,the coatings were uniform and compact and adhered to the metal substrate well.
