摘要：本文从地理学的视角,以"人地关系"理论为基础,构建了旅游城市世界性评价的指标体系框架。首先,将评价指标分为"游客"(人)和"旅游目的地"(地)两大部分,其中,游客是旅游行为的主体,而城市则是旅游行为的客体;其次,对"旅游目的地"进一步细分,细化为核心旅游资源及围绕旅游资源的外围元素;最后,对旅游主体与旅游客体之间的交互进行评价。本文以该理念为基础,构建了包括旅游资源及吸引力指标、旅游基础服务水平指标、旅游外围服务指数、旅游通道特征指标以及旅游主体(游客)特征指标等在内的旅游城市世界性的指标评价体系。
The framework of evaluation index system of a tourism city was constructed based on the theory of ＂man-land relationship＂. The evaluation indexes were divided into the ＂tourist＂ and the ＂tourism destination ＂. The tourist is the subject of a tourism activity, and the city the object. Then, the elements of the ＂ trousim destination＂ were further refined into the core resources and the external resources. Finally, the interactions between the subject and object of a tourism system were evaluated. By this way, the evaluation index system was formed including the attaction indexes, the fundamental service indexes, the external service indexes, the channel indexes, and the tourist indexes.
