摘要：建构主义是当代教育心理学中的一场革命,它不仅是一个哲学概念,而且是一种教学观念,对大学英语教学产生了深远的影响。本文从激发学生主动性,发挥原有性,调动协作性以及教师设置任务的情境性四方面分析建构主义对大学英语教学的意义,以展示建构主义更加适合现代大学英语教学的需要。
Constructivism is a reform in contemporary pedagogical psychology.It is not only a philosophical idea but also a teaching concept,having a profound influence on College English teaching.From such four aspects as stimulating students＇ initiative,demonstrating students＇ inherent nature,adjusting students＇ cooperativeness and setting special situations for tasks,the paper analyses the constructivist enlightenment on college English teaching to prove that constructivism better suits the demand of contemporary College English teaching.
