摘要:通过化学镀的方法制得Ni-P-Al2O3镀层,利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射及硬度计对镀层的形貌、组织结构和硬度进行分析。结果表明:镀层中所含主要元素为Ni、P和Al。镀层界面结合良好,镀层十分致密,无孔隙和裂纹等缺陷,Al2O3颗粒均匀地分布在镀层中,起到了很好的弥散强化作用,大大提高了镀层的硬度;研究还表明,时效处理使镀层的结构向晶态转变,显著提高镀层的硬度。
Electroless nickel-phosphorus composite of A1203 coating was prepared by electroless composite. The surface image, structure of electroless composite coating and hardness were analyzed by SEM, EDS, XRD and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the main elements of coatings are Ni, P and AI. There are not pore or crack or other defects in the coating. A1203 particles are uniformly distributed in the coating, which improves the hardness and wear resistance of the coating significantly. Research also shows that aging treatment can change the amorphous structure to crytalline structure, improve the hardness of the coating.
