摘要：文章阐述了计算机软件知识产权的专利法保护趋势。专利法和版权法保护软件各有优缺点 ,配合运用 ,优势互补。软件知识产权保护应形成专利法与版权法为主的 ,辅以其它类型法律的完整体系。
The paper states the patent protection's trend of computer software knowledge's property right either patent or edition right has it advantages and disadvantages.If we apply them simultaneously.The effect will be better.It showld form the comprehensive system based on patent and edition right including other kinds of laws.
