摘要：腐败是伴随着私有制的产生而产生的一种社会现象,只能伴随着私有制的终结而终结。资产阶级思想家是以"经济人"假设为前提进行制度设计的。在这样的逻辑框架内,腐败只能通过加强监督和严惩进行控制而不可能根除。以马克思需要理论为视角,我们可以看到只有在劳动成为人的第一需要的历史阶段,腐败现象才能从根本上得以杜绝。社会主义是迄今为止人类历史上最为先进的社会形态,具备反腐的制度优势。
Corruption is a social phenomenon generated with the existence of private ownership and can only be terminated with the extinction of private ownership.Bourgeois thinkers＇institutional design is based on＂economic man＂hypothesis.In such logical framework,corruption can only be controlled by strengthening supervision and harsh punishment,but it is impossi-ble to be eradicated.In the perspective of Marx＇s needs-theory,we can see that only in the historical stage that labor is the first need for human society could corruption be eliminated completely.Socialism is by far the most advanced society form in human history which has the systematic advantages of anti-corruption.
