摘要：介绍了萝卜芽苗菜无土栽培技术及其在生产中应注意的问题:阐述了萝卜芽苗菜作为绿色保健食品应具有的营养价值和医疗保健作用。
The technology of radish bud seeding vegetable soilless planting and some problems which we should pay attention to in production were introduced.The nutritional value and medical health care role of radish bud vegetable as green health care food were discussed.
