摘要：构建社会主义和谐社会与人的全面发展是我们党在新时期提出的伟大战略目标的两个方面,具有相互影响、互为因果的关系。构建社会主义和谐社会的本质与核心是以人为本,实现人的全面发展。人的全面发展又是构建和谐社会的价值目标。我们必须通过大力发展生产力,加强社会主义政治文明建设,加快教育事业发展,深化医疗卫生保障制度的改革,协调好人与自然的关系等方面提高构建和谐社会的能力,以促进人全面发展的目标的实现。
Constructing socialist harmonious society and man＇s comprehensive development are the two aspects of the great strategy that our Party has put forward in the new period. They influence each other, and the relationship between them is causal. The esser.ce ang the core of constructing socialist harmonious society is to carry out the human-centered policy as the foundation to achieve the goal of man＇ s comprehensive development, while man＇ s comprehensive development is the value goal of constructing socialist harmonious society. Therefore we must raise the ability of constructing hanmonious society to achieve the goal of man＇ s comprehensive development by devoting major efforts to developing productive forces, strengthening the construction of socialist political civilization, speeding up the development of our educational cause, deepening the reform of the guarantee system of our medical treatment and health, and coordinating well the relationship between man and nature.
