摘要:以钙化合物、铝化合物为凝聚剂,以聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂对D-核糖发酵液进行预处理,得到澄清透明的上清液和沉积较迅速的絮状物,菌体及杂蛋白沉降较好,滤速高,有利于D核-糖分离提取。
Liquid leavening with D-ribose was pretreated by calcic compound,aluminous compound and polyacrylate as flocculant,then clear and transparent upper liquid and rapidly-subsided floccule were got.In this way,thalli and protein were subsided well with high filtration speed,which was propitious to the separation of D-ribose.The above technique established a base for various means of separating D-ribose from liquid leavening.
