摘要：利用对海棠生物隐义的"自由联想",解读它在史湘云形象塑造中的含蓄美:湘云是海棠的化身,她是姿容潇洒的花中丽人、开朗率真的花中神仙、热闹贴心的解语花、随遇而安的花中君子、娇美无香的缺憾美人。
This paper uses biologic hidden meaning of begonia "free association" to interprte its connotation beauty in building the image of Shi Xiang-yun inA Dream of Red Mansions.Shi Xiang-yun is the embodiment of Begonia.Shi Xiang-yun is a beauty of flowers with dapper appearance,forthright and sincere flower fairy and close flower of explanations with jollification.She is also a happy-go-lucky person with noble character without fragrance which has the beauty of deficiency.
