摘要:综述了近年来国内外红薯及红薯茎叶中黄酮类化合物的提取方法,分别介绍了溶剂提取法、超声辅助提取法、超临界萃取法、微波提取法、酶辅助提取法等几种提取方法,并且对这些提取方法进行了分析对比,分析了这些提取方法的优缺点和应用;介绍了红薯及其茎叶中黄酮类化合物抗氧化性的作用机理及其研究现状,展望了红薯及其茎叶今后的研究方向,为红薯及其茎叶的进一步开发利用提供一些有用的参考资料。
Extraction methods of the flavonoid from sweet potato’s stems and leaves in recent years, such as solvent extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, microwave extraction, enzyme extraction, were reviewed, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, separately. The functional mechanism of flavonoids’ oxidation resistance and its research status were introduced. The further research direction about the researches on sweet potato stems and leaves in future was put forward, to provide some useful reference data for the further development and utilization of sweet potato leaves.
