摘要：从阳光体育的背景及家庭体育内涵入手,讨论了阳光体育视野下家庭体育发展路径的问题。认为应建立学校、社区、家庭"三位一体"的体育锻炼机制,吸引更多的人参与家庭体育活动,享受体育的快乐,提高家庭生活质量,养成终身体育的良好习惯;政府要充分发挥各级社会体育指导员协会的作用,做好体育指导员的培训、管理和服务工作,在职责、义务、薪酬、工作条件等方面提供政策支持。
The development path of family sports was discussed in the view of the sunny sports from the background of sunny sports and the content of family sports. It was considered that the physical training mechanism should be established as “trinity” of schools, communities and families, so that more people were attracted to participate in family sports activities, enjoy the pleasure of sports, improve the quality of family life, and form good habit of life- long sports. The government should give full play to the role of all the associations of social sports instructor, did well in tralning, management and service sports instructors, strengthened the management of sports instructors, and provided policy supports in the responsibilities, obligations, compensation and working conditions, etc.
