摘要：文章采用问卷调查等研究方法,从性别、年龄、教龄结构、文化程度、职业结构、等级情况和指导动机等方面对郑州市6城区9家具有独立法人资格,以经营健身为主营业性健身俱乐部中30名健美操指导员的现状进行调查与分析,并提出一系列加强和规范健美操指导员队伍建设的对策。
With the method of survey,from the views of gender,age,seniority structure,education level,occupational structure,level of motivation and guidance of the situation,the paper does the survey and investigation of 30 aerobics instructors in the 9 main business of health clubs with independent legal entity in 6 Districts of Zhengzhou City,and offers some suggestions and countermeasures for enhancing the team of aerobics instructors.
