摘要：通过对政府备案资料和公开资料的统计,对一些民营企业家实地采访,以及通过放开式问卷调查法,获得确实数据,发现涉及的民营企业家成功要素,然后进行合并相近,相似的指标,最后再进行频数统计。总结出前几项所占频数较多的成功要素,从中得出新乡民营企业家成功的独特要素。
Based on the Government′s record data and statistical disclosure,on-site interviewing some private entrepreneurs and through open-ended questionnaire survey method to obtain exact data,we find the involvedsuccess factors of private entrepreneurs,and then incorporate similar index,finally conduct frequency statistics.The paper sums up success factors of first several larger share of the frequency,and drawn from unique success element of Xinxiang′s private entrepreneurs.
