摘要:以柠檬酸为分散剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法与微波加热技术,合成Fe3+掺杂LaInO3(LaIn1-xFexO3,0.0≤x≤0.5)系列电解质粉体。分别采用XRD、交流复阻抗测量技术,对LaIn1-xFexO3电解质的结构与电学性能进行了表征。结果 表明:800℃微波加热20min,制得LaIn1-xFexO3电解质。在组成范围内,Fe3+掺杂的LaInO3系统形成稳定的取代型固溶体,随着Fe3掺杂量的增加,LaIn1-xFexO3的晶胞常数逐渐减小,电解质的氧离子电导率逐渐升高。
Fe3 + doped LaInO3 electrolyte powder(LaIn1-xFexO3, 0. 0≤ x≤0. 5) was synthesized by Sol-gel method using nitrate as raw material and citric acid as dispersant. Its structure and conductivity were characterized by XRD and the complex impedance technique. The results show that the LaIn1-xFexO3 electrolyte powder is obtained at 800℃ for 20 minutes. The system of Fe3 + doped LalnOa is the stable substitution solid solution. With increase of Fe3 +, the unit cell constant reduces and the oxygen ion conductivity enhances.
