摘要：文章指出,我国目前生鲜农产品冷链物流组织模式主要有农户自营、以农民合作组织为核心、以农产品加工企业为核心、以批发市场为核心和以超市为核心等5种。这些组织模式普遍存在社会化组织程度低、物流主体形式单一和发展不成熟等问题。要完善我国生鲜农产品冷链组织模式,一要从增强加工增值功能和实现生产专业化、差异化方面加强农民合作组织创新,实现兼并联合;二要从加强物流设施的改造和建设以及加强辐射网络建设方面实现农产品第三方物流企业创新。
The organization mode of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products can be categorized as following： farmers＇ family-cored, farmers＇ cooperative-cored, agricultural products processing enterprises-cored, wholesale market-cored and supermarket- cored. There are problems in those kinds of organization mode： weak social organization, single logistics subject and less-developed. To Perfect organization mode of cold chain logistics, we have to enforce the value-add function and realize the professional production way of farmers＇ cooperatives, as well as the infrastructure building and innovation of the third party logistics and network.
