摘要:基于"互联网+"技术的网络教学是当前及未来教育事业发展的重要趋势,网络教学迎合了信息时代发展的需求,为学生适应现代化学习方式和教师变革教学方式做出很大贡献。目前,网络数学仍旧处于起步阶段,很多方面需要优化和改进。就网络教学质量评价来说,我国网络教学尚未制定统一评价标准。基于此,本研究从网络教学质量评价概念与特征着手,分析了现有的评价指标,建立了符合网络教育发展趋势的评价模型。并明确提出了评价基本原则、评价程序规范,将教学过程与评价相融合,以提高网络教学质量评价水平,发挥教学评价在规范教育机制中的重要作用。
Network teaching based on“Internet+”technology is an important trend in the current and future development of education.Constructing a reasonable evaluation index system for network teaching quality is the basic guarantee for the quality of network teaching.Network teaching caters to the needs of the development of the information age,and makes great contributions to students for adaptation to modern learning methods and teachers for transformation of teaching methods.At present,the online course is still in its infancy,and many aspects need to be optimized and improved.As for the evaluation of network teaching quality,a unified evaluation standard has not been formulated in China.In this research,starting from the concept and characteristics of network teaching quality evaluation,the existing evaluation indicators were analyzed,and the evaluation model that conformed to the development trend of network education was established.The basic principles of evaluation and norms of evaluation procedures were put forward,and the teaching process and assessment were combined,which improved the level of network teaching evaluation quality,and plaied the important role of teaching evaluation in standardizing the educational mechanism.
