摘要:受力问题和热问题是影响磁力驱动泵寿命和长期可靠运行的关键因素,同时也是磁力泵设计中的难点,根据100CQY-120磁力驱动油泵的实践应用情况,提出了解决受力问题和热问题的设计方案。经工业运行证明:该方案正确可行,所设计的泵运行平稳、性能可靠。
The key factors are stress problems and thermal problems,which influence the life and long-term reliable operation for magnetic drive pumps. At the same time,they are also the difficulty in the design of magnetic pumps. The design scheme was given to solve the problems stress and thermal according to condition of application practice for the type of magnetic-drive pumps of 100CQY-120. The industrial operation proves that the scheme is reliable and correct,and the designed pump operates smoothly and reliably in performance.
