摘要：伴随着市场竞争的不断加剧,电器制造业进入"微利时代",在严峻的经济形势之下,物流领域被认为是"第三利润的源泉"。基于配送中心的视角,分析目前企业在物流管理过程中存在的问题,通过对物流管理现状进行系统分析,深入探讨配送中心规划的思路和步骤,可以提高企业的物流管理水平,进一步挖潜增效,增强企业竞争力。
With the growing competition in the market, the electrical manufacturing has entered a ＂low-profit era＂. Under the grim economic situation, the logistics sector is considered to be ＂source of the third profit.＂ This article takes XF Company as the research object and analyzes the current problems during the logistics management process in the perspective of the distribution center. It also deeply discusses the thoughts and steps of distribution center planning with a systematic analysis of the present situation of the logistics management so as to improve the logistics management level of the enterprise, further promote its efficiency and strengthen its competitiveness.
