摘要：制订和公告版权政策是图书馆保护版权简便而有效的措施之一。调查发现,版权政策的重要性在我国高校没有得到足够的重视,贯彻执行版权政策的效果还不理想。高校图书馆电子资源版权政策在格式和架构、内容的表述等方面存在不科学、不合理、不完整、不规范等问题,可从对版权政策的重视程度、版权政策的贯彻执行、版权政策的格式与架构、版权政策内容的表述、图书馆行业学会的作用等方面探研解决问题的途径。
The formulation and notice of copyright policies is one of simple and effective measures for the library to protect copyright. At present, the importance of copyright policies has not been paid enough attention to by universities, and the effect of the implementation of copyright policies is not ideal. The format, structure and content presentation of copyright policies on electronic resources of university libraries are unscientific, irrational, incomplete and non-standard. We can solve the problem from aspects of the importance of copyright policies, the implementation of copyright policies, format and structure of copyright policies, content presentation of copyright policies and the role of the library association.
