摘要:在单因素实验的基础上,采用过氧化氢氧化法,设计了菊糖提取液脱色过程的正交实验,确定了过氧化氢氧化法脱色处理的最佳工艺条件:温度为80℃,pH=8,过氧化氢添加量为6.00mL,脱色时间为20min。菊糖脱色率可达70.37%。该方法具有操作简便,成本低,且不易和菊糖溶液中的色素发生吸附等优点。
Based on the single-factor experiment,by using H2O2 oxidation the orthogonal experiment of decolorization of inulin from Jerusalem artichoke was designed.The experiment results indicated that the best condition for the discoloration with H2O2 oxidation was to put 6ml H2O2 to inulin solution at 80 ℃ under pH =8.After 20 min,the removal rate of inulin was 70.37%.This method is simple,low cost,and difficult to absorb the pigment in inulin solution.
