摘要:对中小学生加强健康教育已经受到广泛的关注,从《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》强调身心健康和安全教育内容,到《高中体育与健康课程标准》将健康教育作为一大系列内容,再到《中小学生健康教育指导纲要》提出健康教育的具体目标和内容体系等,都说明健康教育是当前课程改革的重要内容。但健康教育的具体实施,面临专业师资缺乏、课程开设不足、教材缺乏等诸多困境。对体育课堂教学如何有效与健康教育整合进行了研究,并从内容确定、目标设置、教育方式选择等方面提出了一些具体措施。
It has caught extensive attention to strengthen health education for primary and middle school students: from the Compulsory Education: Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards emphasizing physical and mental health and safety education contents, to the High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards listing health edu-cation as a major series of contents, and to the Primary and Middle School Student Health Education Guidance Outline putting forward specific objectives and content systems of health education, and so on, all of these indicate that health education is an important content in current curriculum reform. However, the specific implementation of health education is facing many dilemmas, such as the lack of specialized teachers, insufficient course opening, textbook shortage etc. The author studied how to integrate physical education classroom teaching with health education, and put forward some spe-cific measures in terms of content determination, objective setup, education manner selection etc.
