摘要：社会保障体系是一个涵盖着多种内容和项目的有机体系,对此体系的构建是一项艰苦复杂的社会工程.本文从完善与改造我国社会保障体系的必要性及其要求两个方面做一些有益的探索.
The social safeguard is an organic system, which includes many contents and items. It’s hard and complicated social work to form this system. This article studies the necessity and the requirement of improving and reforming China’s social safeguard system.
