摘要：乾隆二十四年清朝平定回疆后,英吉沙尔驻扎总兵官一员。乾隆二十六年,设办事大臣一员,由驻防总兵官兼任,因兼管索伦营、察哈尔营和绿旗官兵,故称"领队总兵官"。由于英吉沙尔驻防军队的调整,乾隆三十一年专设办事大臣一员,不再派遣总兵官兼任。乾隆五十二年,英吉沙尔改设领队大臣一员,其职衔不一,并非均为副都统。英吉沙尔驻扎大臣的变革,均与总理回疆事务参赞大臣驻地的迁移有关。
After the Qing dynasty’s pacification of rebellion in south of Xinjiang in 1759,a regional commander was sent to defend Yengisar in 1761,and the regional commander at Yengisar was granted a new title as Grand Minister stationed there,with Suolun-brigade,Chahar Mongols and Green Standards under his commandment.As the stationed army changed,a sole-duty Grand Minister was sent there in 1766 and there was no longer a regional commander to take the duty at Yengisar.In 1787,a new position at Yengisar,called Leading Grand Minister was established,which was for officials in different positions and ranks to take,not always for vice command-inchief.The evolution of the grand minister stationed at Yengisar was related to the relocation of the station place of the grand minister consultant in south of Xinjiang.
