摘要：As a necessary way of sustainable development in the construction industry, Green construction have become consensus in academia and industry. Points out that the domestic problems in the development of green construction and analysis of its causes, and put forward some development strategy: strengthening the functions of the Government tovigorously promote green construction; Increase the intensity of green construction management mode; To formulate appropriate policies to encourage and guide green construction; Establish sensible green construction assessment system; Technology innovation of green construction. ? 2012 IEEE.
