摘要:用有限元软件ABAQUS对造纸行业使用的ZJQ40型蒸球盖进行了应力计算,确定了蒸球盖上的最大应力位于其中心部位;分析了球盖内、外表面上应力的变化规律,在凹凸面处由于壳体的曲率半径不连续产生较大的应力;根据第四强度理论确定了保证容器安全的最小壁厚,为在用蒸球的检验提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the stress on the cover of the Evaporation Sphere ZJQ40 commonly used in the papermaking industry has been analyzed by the finite element method. The FEA analysis was taken by the FEA software ABAQUS. Identified with a steaming ball of maximum stress in the short axis along the inner surface of the round convex surface. The changing regular of the stress on the inside and outside surface of the cover was obtained. There is larger stress on the areas of the gibbous and concave surface, and it is because of the lack continuous of curve radius. The minimize thickness which can assure the security of the cover of the Evaporation Sphere was obtained according to the forth strength theory. This paper provided the theory basis for the examining of the Evaporation Sphere and clarified the critical examining position.
