摘要：调查了新乡学院网络教育资源的利用情况,并以此为案例,分析了地方性本科院校网络教育资源建设中的数字废墟状况以及形成的原因。在此基础上,笔者从地方性本科院校转型发展的背景出发,结合"互联网+"的时代背景,对地方性本科院校网络教育资源建设和利用提出了一系列的建议。
