摘要:为了提高铝合金的防护与耐蚀性能,采用涂覆法在铝合金表面制备了不同含量KH-560硅烷改性纳米TiO2的环氧树脂涂层,考察了纳米TiO2粒子添加量对环氧树脂涂层耐蚀性能的影响。通过SEM形貌和Ti元素测试结果表明,100 mg/L KH-560改性纳米TiO2的环氧树脂得到的涂层厚度约为50μm,涂层表面均匀致密,表现出最佳的防护性能。不同试样浸泡在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)表明,KH-560改性的纳米TiO2能够显著提高环氧树脂涂层对铝合金的耐腐蚀性能。
In order to improve the protection and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy,KH-560 silane modified nano-titanium dioxide epoxy resin coatings were prepared on aluminum alloy surface by coating method.The effect of nano-particles addition on the properties of epoxy resin coatings was investigated.SEM test and Ti element analysis were conducted.Results showed that the epoxy resin coatings modified by silane nano-titanium dioxide exhibited the best protective performance when the nano-particle mass content was 100 mg/L.The thickness of the coating was 50μm and the surface was uniform and dense.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)of different samples in 3.5%NaCl solution showed that nano-titanium dioxide modified by silane could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys.
