摘要:[目的]以二异丙胺(DIPA)与氯乙烷为原料合成N,N-二异丙基乙胺(DIPEA)。[方法]对原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等条件进行优化。[结果]合适的反应条件为:原料DIPA与氯乙烷的摩尔比为1.30∶1.00,氯乙烷通入时间为3 h,塔顶回流时间为1 h,反应温度为129℃,氢氧化钠加入量为DIPA质量的25%,产品收率可达85.3%。[结论]以氯乙烷和DIPA为原料合成DIPEA,具有收率高、原料价格便宜、成本低、设备简单等特点。
[Objective]N,N-diisopropylethylamine(DIPEA) was synthesized using diisopropylamine(DIPA) and chloroethane as raw materials.[Method]The conditions including raw material ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature and so on were optimized.[Result]The proper condition of reaction was as follows: DIPA and chloroethane molar ratio of 1.30∶1.00,chloroethane addition time of 3 h,top reflux time of 1 h,reaction temperature of 129 ℃,sodium hydroxide amount of 25% diisopropylamine(mass).Under such condition,the yield of product was up to 85.3%.[Conclusion]The technique using diisopropylamine and chloroethane as raw materials to synthesize DIPEA had the characteristics of higher yield,cheaper price of raw materials,lower cost and simpler apparatus.
