摘要：信息化与工业化的两化融合问题是影响社会信息化和国民经济发展的关键因素之一,加快信息化发展进程已成为当前我国推进经济快速健康发展的重要举措。然而,我国信息化发展仍面临着区域、行业、部门严重不均衡的情况,因此,建立一套科学完善的工业化与信息化融合评价指标体系已成为一个亟待解决的问题。本课题尝试建立评价两化融合水平的指标体系,并利用此系统对两化融合指标的客观数据进行分析,得出对两化融合水平及其效率的评价结果。根据河南省具体省情,提出适合本省两化融合与发展的战略与政策选择,促进工业经济发展方式转变,为走新型工业化道路提供理论支持。
The integration of information and industrialization problem is one of the key factors affecting the development of social information and national economy. To accelerate the development of information technology has become an important measure to promote the rapid and healthy economic development of our country. However, the development of information technology is still faced with the current situation of the region, industry and department of serious imbalance. Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of industrialization and information has become an ur- gent problem to be solved. This paper tries to establish evaluation of integration of Information and Industrialization level index system, and uses this system to analyze the objective data of the integration of information and industrialization.It got the re- sults of integration of Information and Industrialization level and the evaluation results of efficiency. According to the specific situation of Henan province, the strategy and policy choice for the integration and development of the integration of information and industrialization were proposed, which promoted industrial transformation economic development way and provided theo- retical support to take a new road to industrialization.
