摘要:用固载杂多酸PW12 /SiO2 为催化剂 ,实现了水杨酸与异戊醇反应合成水杨酸异戊酯。最佳合成条件为 :酸∶醇 =1∶2 .5 ,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的 3%,反应时间为 2h ,产率可达 96 %。催化剂容易回收并可循环使用、不污染环境。
In the presence of Heteropoly acid catalys PW 12/SiO 2, isoamyl salicylate was synthesed from salicylic acid and isoamyl alcohol .The optimum conditions were as follow: molar ratio of salicyli acid to isoamyl alcohol was 1∶2.5, reaction time of reflux was 2h,mass of catalyst was 3% of salicylic acid.The yield of isoamyl salicylate was 96%.The catalyst was easy to be recovered,feasible to be used repeatedly,and less pollution to the environment.
