摘要：区块链通过去中心化、智能合约与时间戳等核心技术实现版权确认、版权交易、版权维权等重要的版权保护功能,将其应用于图书馆数字版权管理具有消解版权清理的复杂性和高成本、丰富数字版权市场交易的商业模式、提供解决数字版权纠纷的可信证据,以及开辟数字版权价值评估新路径等创新价值。我国图书馆界应理性认识现阶段区块链技术对数字版权管理的意义,积极探索运用区块链技术来升级数字版权管理工作,构建完善的数字版权技术管理体系及综合性版权管理对策措施,对区块链技术下的数字版权管理开展针对性、前沿性、延伸性研究,并把在图书馆业务与服务活动中嵌入版权管理的理念和策略作为必须的前置程序,促进区块链技术图书馆应用场景与数字版权管理的深度融合。
Core technologies of blockchain such as de-centralization,smart contract and timestamp can be applied to copyright confirmation,bargaining and protection.Blockchain applications can enhance digital rights management(DRM)in libraries by eliminating the complexity and high cost of copyright clearance,promoting a new business model for copyright bargaining,providing credible evidence for resolving digital copyright disputes,and providing a new path for digital copyright valuation.China’s library community should understand the value of blockchain technologies and actively explore the use of such technologies to enhance DRM.An effective DRM blockchain system with comprehensive functions should be built.Libraries should also carry out targeted,forwardlooking and extensive research on blockchain-based DRM.Concepts and strategies related to library copyright management should be used as a pre-procedure to facilitate the integration of library applications and DRM.
