摘要：文章对开放存取理念的来源、内涵作了介绍和分析，阐释了开放内容的版权特点，就创作共用协议的应用现状进行了概述，就影响其发展前景的若干问题予以了探讨。
The paper introduces and analyses the orign and connotation of open access. The characteristics of the contents of open access are expounded. And the present situation, problems and prospects of creative common license are dicussed.
