摘要：当前如何解决农民工的待遇问题,是一个现实迫切的社会问题。我们应该通过城乡户籍一体化,教育、社会福利一体化,提高农民工自身素质等途径提高农民工的待遇,扩大其积极作用,为全面建设小康社会贡献自己的力量。
Nowadays it is a crucial social problem how to increase labourers' pay .We should merge the rural census register into the urban censue register ,integrate the education with social welfare and improve their self-quality to increase their pay and encourage them to dedicate themselves to the construction of “the Well-off Society'.
