摘要:教师的职业认同需要一个长期养成的过程,师范生作为未来基础教育的新生力量和后备军,其职业认同感现状不容乐观。基于平等共生的U-S合作关系建构的全程实践教学模式将有效推动师范生心理契约的建立、增强师范生的职业意识,培养职业情感与职业品质,有利于教师实践性知识的形成,促进师范生的职业适应和角色转变,坚定职业认同。
Teachers' vocational self-identity needs a long period. Normal students are the future teachers, whose vocational self-identity is not so optimistic. Based on U-S symbiotic cooperation, the construction of whole course practical teaching can effectively promote the construction of normal students' psychological contract, enhance the students' vocational awareness, cultivate their vocational emotion and quality, which benefis the formation of teachers' practical knowledge and promotes the normal students' vocational adjustment and role shifting.
