摘要：开放存取对图书馆的角色定位、技术路线、信息资源发展政策、用户管理等方面提出了新的需要解决的问题,图书馆应积极支持和参与开放存取运动,努力成为开放存取的宣传者、赞助者、捍卫者以及开放资源的采购者和服务者。
Open Access leads to many new problems which need to be deal with urgently in libraries, these includes the status of library, technique line, policy of information resource development, management of users. Libraries should accept it and take vigorous action in the campaign, and to be the propaganda, supporter, upholder of it, and try to do well in purchase and service.
