摘要：文章采用文献资料、问卷调查、访问调查、数理统计等研究方法,对新乡市高校女教师体育锻炼行为特征进行了调查与研究。结果表明,新乡市高校女教师健康自评状况不容乐观;体育人口数量偏低,大大低于34.3%的全国科教文人员体育人口值;体育锻炼的态度虽比较正确、积极,但同时"高知低行"的现象也比较严重;参加体育锻炼的动机各不相同,呈现多样化,具有鲜明的性别色彩,但尚未形成终身体育的概念,参与体育活动的健身娱乐动机依然占主导地位。
With the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics, the paper does the survey on Xinxiang college female teachers about their physical exercise behavior characteristics. The results show that the Xinxiang college female teachers self-perceived health condition is not optimistic;Sports population is low, greatly lower than the national 34.3% of personnel sports population;physical exercise attitude is relatively correct and positive, but at the same time 'highly-educated low action' the phenomenon also relatively serious; motives of taking part in physical exercise each are not identical, with diversity and distinct gender colour, but have not formed the concept of lifelong physical education and entertainment motivation of participation in sport fitness is still dominant.
